EFFICIENCY
Efficiency is something adam crozier know's all about he is the most efficient employee of royalmail of all time,Where most postmen/postwomen would struggle with 2% added to are duty's, Adam Crozier spend's less than 1% of his time trying to solve this dispute, his arrogance is only exceeded by his EGO. :cfo

Since adam in his wisdom has been so profigate with his time in resolving this dispute i would urge him to concede he is not the saviour of royalmail but the biggest failure since operation market garden.! ps monty at least turned up and writ apology to his brave men.! :cfo

On the subject of efficiency: During our strike, why do most managers go out in the vans in pairs? Surely both will be getting paid separately so why are they not in separate vans collecting/delivering double the mail? Is it that they are so useless or inept that they can't do it themselves, or do they think that there is safety in numbers against the bogey men on the picket line?
