I left R/M through ihr in May....so I'm glad I'm not about for the latest round of strikes...When we had the strikes a few years ago I decided not to talk to someone who had crossed the picket line and went into work. ..he took offence to this and put a grievance against me. ..I had the meeting was shown the paperwork was told this was serious. ..cut a long story short I was given a warning ...what made it worse was the lads who i stood on the picket line with never backed me up they just laughed and joked with him and even went out drinking with him...so come Nov 4 I'll be wishing you all the best of luck but from a distance

Mate, they can't discipline or sack you now, so you can go to the picket line and call the strikebreakers strike breakers, because that's what they are. Nothing RM can do to you.
