I'm trying to transfer offices but have come to a sticking point. The transfer has been agreed between old and new DOM's, but the new DOM says I need to contact HR recruitment for a placement number before we can proceed with transfer dates. Contacted HR today but they say recruitment is all done online now. I have fired off an email to them twice today, but am still waiting for a reply.
Anyone got a contact number?

Right, had a good chat with Royal mail on twitter (quite helpful actually) and they contacted HR on my behalf. They seem to think all that needs to happen is both DOMs need to fill out an employee change request form, agree to it and then send to HR for final approval.
