Apparently, if B&H doesn't achieve desired results, DOM's have been authorised to slip £300 in used notes in your pocket as you head out on delivery.

Am I missing something here .. Moya doesn't acknowledge that a B&H problem exists so why do Royal Mail need an agreement ?

So following from what Moya said it can only be to protect OPGs from the B&H of other OPGs

Allegedly Royal Mail are now briefing their managers to consult their with staff prior to them going out on delivery to whether they wish to work beyond their contracted hours
