When you take part in any vote you do so expecting to accept the majority decision. If the vote would of returned a no then I would be expected to respect that view. If I refused to accept that view and went on strike then I would be breaking the law by taking unlawful industrial action. The same respect should be given by the no voters. Anyone who strike breakers and takes the 300 pound blood money should have their right to vote removed, if you are not going to accept the result then why should you be allowed to have your say.

What should happen is the more "enlightened" union members should by force of their strong arguments convince the less enlightened of the error of their ways.

Due to listening to her people (obviously not the ones we need protection from) Moya has changed her mind and it is still apparently being offered on an individual basis but as part of a pay deal that has been rejected.
So the £300 doesn't exist but Moya is offering it to individuals who cross the picket line.
