That there hadn't been more mentioning of the bullying in offices around the country since the announcement of the strike for November. Seen on the tv mentioning of the t and cs and all that stuff by Dave ward. Not much on the bullying side. Disappointing as it does go on and can make the job worse for some people. Maybe I'm just being a bit short sighted!

As I've posted elsewhere, I think the CWU has already reached agreement with RM on a B&H initiative. However, it makes sense that they don't want to divert from the other issues by announcing it.

I'm able to sip tea and eat a biscuit...and I. Sure many others can too...

Are we not capable of being informed of the new initiative on B&H for fear our brains will sizzle and burn and shoot out of our ears and noses? :shock:

I for one would very much LIKE to know.....as my broad shoulders can take it! After years of training!

I was actually referring to the CWU announcing it. I can understand why they wouldn't want to at the minute. As it happens I think the first part of the initiative will be this side of Christmas - although don't get too excited it's only a first step.
