New attendance procedure does AOD count now?

I had an AOD in October 2012 resulting in absence of 12 days. Now got to go for attendance review meeting after having a few days off recently because of vomiting.

Does that mean an AOD counts toward the attendance procedure now? Just need to know before I go in to the DOMs office of doom and gloom!

Accident on duty should not count. If they try to say it was your fault explain that should be dealt with under the greivance procedure and due to the fact they have gone past the 48 hour deadline,that is no longer an option.
