Im envious of you guys !!!

My office(mostly rural) has 100+ staff, over HALF of which are openly bragging about crossing the picket line. To date only 3 of us have "volunteered" for picket duty . As the title says, Im envious of most of you guys, as you mostly seem to all work in offices where strike action means exactly that !!! Im ashamed of the majority of my "fellow" workers and really wished that, at times like these, that I was working at one of your offices, showing solidarity!!
Good luck to all my REAL colleagues in the non-strike breaking offices , I really wish that my office was the same.

Feel sorry for you working with such spineless c**ts . I bet they all accept any improved offer (if we get one) which alll of us strikers have made sacrifices to get.

Ha, wouldn't it be strange that we both actually worked in the same office
It really is shite being in offices such as ours, banging your head against a brick wall everyday, Im even sick of the sound of my own voice now,so mostly, I keep stum nowadays coz its a waste of time

Wow that's pretty shameful. I'm not even a CWU member anymore and I wouldn't ever dream of going in on a strike day. We usually have 3-4 workers in our office of 160 or so, one of those has left and another says even he is striking this time (he's still a c*nt) so I reckon we'll be down to 2 at the most unless some new faces decide to go in.

My wife's friends husband works in Bridgenorth and last time we had a national strike he said virtually the whole office went in (including him).

A few years ago, i transferred from a 100% office, to one that is a best 50-50.
After the last strike, it took me along time to come to terms with the fact
that some of my so called collegues crossed the picketline, and to be honest ,it still
rankles.Sadly i think we will see a repeat this time, but i'm going to try be a little
more tolerant this time. Can't make any promises though.

I work in a 50-50 office also.

Leaves a bad atmosphere after the event when you have to work with your "So Called Colleagues" again. I never forget the scum that cross that line hence I dont bother making conversation with then unless its absolutely necessary to talk to them. It created a real divide afterwards, whereby the strike breakers even used to go out on their own exclusive evenings out together. Just sucks how these strikes end up splitting once reasonably harmoniuos offices.
