I actually scanned most of it, reason being i wanted to see if my prediction was true (in another thread) lo and behold they are already going on about us being shareholders and what we do will affect share prices etc.

It's irritating that they are sprouting on about the British public not wanting us to strike, when the fact the British public not wanting RM to be privatised fell on death ears and RM being all for privatisation.

It also states on page 17 that those who don't strike will still receive the £300 bonus in December, considering from what I read on here it is Illegal for them to segregate the staff in this way, I'm going to assume RM will still keep offering this £300 to strike breakers then when it comes time to pay them the union will be blamed for not paying it out (probably along the lines of your union says it's illegal blame them etc etc) It's almost laughable considering they promise this £300 to strike breakers, they won't pay it out as it's illegal, then the strike breakers will turn to the union demanding RM pay them this £300.

The notion of RM paying this carrot is laughable. Do you really think the RM would pay out £45 million to the whole workforce? I think not, as have to now justify everything to shareholders.

So it was less than 1500 people out of the whole uk, not that representative from my point of view. I've not had anyone on delivery state that we should not strike, which is different from the last strike.

There are plenty of newspaper websites and so on that have had massive polls and the majority not wanting to see privatisation,hell of a lot more than this wank arse one.
