From the prospectus it states part time employees will be allocated shares proportionate to the hours they were remunerated for between 10 July and 13 October 2013.So if I did 50 hours a week between those dates I will get more shares than a full timer!Before you shoot me down remember the people that left the business early and got their colleague shares

No, you will get the same amount as a full timer.

This was answered by TBT somewhere. He said, it was up to a maximum of FT hours - so 39hrs max.

I did not see the hours worked bit until pointed out. Enjoy your shares and dividends - you deserve it. Right place, right time, right hours worked (on overtime, of course...)

Which will mean you get it based on hours worked on average between the qualifying period not hours contracted up to the full time maximum, the exact same as the last few lump sums were worked out

Wonder if MOYA worked 39 hours a week if she did less should she be Pro Rata?

So if I worked fifty hours every week in the qualifying period that makes my average fifty hours.Cant see anything in the prospectus about full time maximum only about remunerated hours which makes it fifty!

ha ha ha!!! been told loads of times, its pro rota- but been putting in FT hours. on a very small PT contract. so brilliant news.

Says in the ESO booklet...

Eligible part-time employees will be given a pro-rata number of Free Shares
(up to the maximum number of shares allocated to a full-time eligible employee

I am part time but on Monday due to the revision, I am being made up to full time :)

I understand that I will be getting Pro Rata shares for July - Oct.

what will I get for the next share roll out now that the amount came in at over the £3k limit?

I think once the issue has been finalised today, that's what you'll end up with.
So, you'll get the same for the next roll out that you would have been due on pro rata basis.

It's only for tax purposes that some are being issued next April, so can't see the allocations being changed.
