Strike 08/10/07

Hi


As I am a postman myself, just trying to find out if the strike is still on for tommorrow (Monday 08/10/07), need to know don't want to go if it is a strike day fully support the strike, but my manager warned me if there wasn't a strike & I didn't turn up that I may get the sack

can you help?

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

They can't sack you mate

1. The strike IS on

2. Even if it wasn't and you didn't find out they'd simply dock you a days pay and treat you as if you were taking official action. If these threats continue see your rep and put in a harassment form
