DOM says to certain people on certain contracts that if you are not willing to work over your time to avoid cutting off they would make you work your contracted hours only and stop your overtime sorting in the morning and move your start and finish times to a later time.

I know they can move our start and finish times and stop overtime if they wish but this almost seems like blackmail and discriminating against certain contract types.

im aware that they can move times and stop overtime BUT my point is they are saying if we dont go over our time to avoid cutting off then there will be consequences. i hope this makes sense.

My DOM is constantly threatening to change hours and and the rest, but you know what, it never happens, or it last a week then everything is back to normal.

this is definitely a bullying tactic, however under law it probably wouldnt be seen as bullying. I wouldnt cave to these threats.

That's an idle threat.
I wouldn't think they would have the scope to do this.
Plus, if they were genuinely going to do this, it wouldn't be logical. It is cheaper and easier to pay you OT.
I agree, they're trying to bully you into doing it the way they want.
Agree with them, follow instructions, don't cave in.
There is plenty of OT to be had elsewhere. They just don't want the hassle of cut offs.
