Check your id card / licence dates

My id card is dated as expires 1st september 2013 and I suspect there are many more in the company like this. I feel a fool , a fake and unprofessional showing it when asked, explaining my new one is in the post!!
Also a lot of driving licence cards are now 10 years old and legally need updating with a new photo.

My driving license has never included a photo so presumably is still valid.

Yep its still valid, as long as you are under 70 and your personal details haven't changed (ie change of address)

Been with RM nearly a year and still havn't received my ID badge or a PDA login

Our ID cards have been out of date since 2010. We even had a spot check from IB, it was rather amusing showing them an outdated ID card!!

We had a check from the IB, he walked in the office and walked past us as we where chatting and turns round and comes back and says "Do you know who I am?" I said "If you don't know who you are how am I suppose to know?" According to my line manager that was not the answer he wanted to hear.

I believe the appropriate response is to challenge them before they go past you, and ask who they are, and can I see some ID?
