3 hrs difference between yesterday and today!
love the early finish today to get my beers chilled ready for the match, but now we also have shareholders to keep happy how long will they pay overtime just to deliver catalogues etc then pay us to be sat at home the next day?
i'd prefer to have had 2 steady days rather than the nightmare yesterday and stroll today.

The plan is this:
On busy days you flex up - overtime is available for those that want it.
On quiet days - you lapse to ensure you are working all your paid hours.
