I, m takng ihr.My sicknote runs out on13th Nov.Dom wants me away on 21st of this month.Can he do this or can l make my last day of service the 13th.Cheers

But why would he have you on the books for a further three weeks if you're not going to work again ? :crazy:

While you are on the sick ..they can't do anything...I was offered ihr back in April but I didn't leave until June because of my sick notes.... :thumbup
