logged into this 2 weeks ago but forgot password and after a few guesses it locked me out, sent email to reset account but no reply and joy as yet, has anybody done same sort of thing as this and know how long the administrators take to respond?

I did exactly the same, password reset emails weren't reaching me either. I sent an enquiry to myroyalmail and it took them 3 days to reply. This was their reply word for word:

Please use a non AOL email and let us know what it is and we will sort it



No names, no punctuation, customer service at its best. I gave them another email address and am still waiting for them to sort it out for me.

Give them a call. I think it's a free phone number.
They reset your password while you are on phone and wait till you log in successfully.

I would love to log on to myroyalmail but cannot as it is not ours it is in the hands of shareholders it should be renamed myroyalshares but f**k the mail as long as they keep the royal in it should be worth something?
