10% of salary.

50% linked to overall group performance : 1st class targets met, operating profit of x amount, and so on...
50% linked to personal performance. Goals agreed at the start of each financial year, and progress against those goals measured monthly. Also some standard goals within the 6 leadership categories.

Scored on a gradient of 1 to 5 : 3 will get the full 50% based on personal goals, 2 will get more 1 more still. Likewise, 4 or 5 will mean that the full bonus entitlement is not met.

so, a manager on £30k has the potential to earn £3k. £1500 x 2 based on the detail above.

It's a complicated formula using many different parameters but the basic metrics are:

1 What our customers think of us and how
we deliver for them.
2 What our people think of our company.
3 How well we are modernising our operations.
4 The financial health of the business.


The last time the bunuses were paid out there was a spot of trouble....

I received a 28 page booklet yesterday explaining how the bonus will be calculated for 2013-14. Only 6 months after the year started but that's about 5 months earlier than normal.

Sack as many full timers as possible replace with part time must be worth it.The office i was in was top office in country for dismissals must have been profitable at least 25! dismissed in a period of 18 months
