hi I was on a causal contract at the time, I was in working in my contracted office (A) for 3 months, I was then asked by my line manger would I travel to other office (B) and work there because they were short staffed due to sickness. as I was fairy new to the job I said that was ok, so I ended up staying in (B) office for about 6 months then back to my contracted (A) office for about 2 weeks then back to (B) office again for another 6 months. I am know contracted to (B) office.

would I be entitled to travel expenses' ? why should someone who is not on a causal contact be entitled and person on a causal who does the same job not be entitled !!!

While working at b but contracted to A you should be claiming travel but as soon as you were contracted to B,and travelling to B no, however if working at A again claim travel.If it was not your decision to move to ab but an enforced choice i would be looking for resettlement payout that can last up to five years.

Working on a casual contract you are available to work at any nearby office you agree to. You don't receive pay for your travel time or fuel/vehicle costs to and from work.
