Contrary to popular bullshi*, we haven't been taken over by TNT or anyone else and hence our wages won't suddenly drop to minimum wage.

No one - it was an IPO not a Buy Out or take over. That might happen at some point but trying to guess who it is, or who its likely to be is like trying to pick the winning numbers on the lottery.
