Yes. But this is were it get's tricky as royal mail will not admit that there planners are wrong and will then start to blame the postman/woman. They will then start to B&H the people who are doing the job right.

Well you could say that or you leave in what cannot be achieved within the time scale and that in effect shortens the delivery, the completion of which is not your problemo.
