Do you need to report to your own Office for work or is there anyway you could work without other office colleagues finding out you worked any strike days?

It's very hard to hide the lack of moral fibre and backbone from the people you have betrayed.So in answer to your question I am sure your colleagues will know that you worked.

Think the 300 quid on offer might tempt a few in :dance but is that over and above the 200 were supposed to get this xmas
Its not been explained too well. nobody seems to be able to give a answer on that one.

Best thing is if you need the money don't go in to a royal mail work place their is job's you can do cash in hand for other employers on a one off basis.

The 300 shouldnt matter,
1.our future should be more important than a measly £300
2.can you really see r.m actually paying strike breakers this money anyway, considering they have not actually been reliable in the past when it comes to paying qhat is owed to us in the past.

Strange that people say grow a pair - meaning testicles - I mean you can disabled by a swift kick in them and thats it "man down". Perhaps what they should say is become a woman, their "equipment" is designed to take a pounding and keep coming back, it also designed to carry a 8 pound passenger not sure my testicles could do that.

There is no £300

the £300 being offered is part of a non existent pay deal that is yet to be agreed, and I can't see it being agree when the payment will discriminate against some workers and not others.

Is it feasible that HRH could offer £300 outside of what is agreed nationally through the union, to those who do not strike?
Won,t bother me one way or tother as I shall be standing at the gate with comrades with moral fibre.
