2p mail = pond-life post
it will be given the priority it deserves in the privatised RMG
within a few years it'll be delivered by disabled ex-posties on minimum wage working 2-3 hours per day
except in cities and built up towns were TNT will have the contracts

We may go the way of New Zealand where remote delivery locations have been franchised out and so far as I am aware the Town Centre is still delivered by NZ Post.
