The union rep told all posties on Thursday to be at the picket line for 5am this morning.
It was my day off so was told not to attend.
I didnt get hold of him later on to clarify when I should attend tomorrow or Mon or Tue. Rest of the lads in the office just shrugged and said dunno when I asked.
I am fairly new to RM and was hoping someone could advise me of the drill.
How long is ones duty on the picket line on a day?
Do I wear uniform?

Contact your branch mate. You should be able to get the info from the CWU website. my advice to you is if you want to support the CWU and your fellow posties who are also supporting the CWU stay at home or if you up for it stand outside the gates
if you do this and get grief after this wave of strikes contact your branch for advice and guidance

I can't believe that you rep has gone in to work? is this right? I would ring your area rep too report the tw*t for going in! Only you know what's the right thing too do!
