Arm pain

Over the last few months I have been experiencing arm pain on my throwing off arm on the inside crease part of my elbow.
I've been a postie for 10 years
It seems more like a tendon and not anything arthritic or rhumatic and doesn't hurt all the time but when it does its very painful'
I suppose it could be tendonitis or a repetitive strain injury and seem to get worse in the evenings when resting after work.
Has anyone experienced similar symptoms ?
I have been using Deep Heat and Ibuprofin but this only works for a few hours

I know this may sound strange but are you left handed throwing off on a right handed frame - I have seen a similar case and that's why I ask.

the pain is on your arm but the problem will be your shoulder
rsi it is with the way you stand and throw mail in
been to physio myself with this
your shoulder will be slightly off which puts more pressure on arm joint to correct it causing pain
only cure regular stretching physio exercises
nb it is an industrial injury which rm dont want to admit to only a matter of time before someone sues then floodgates will open with claims

I am left handed for most things but throw off mail right handed. The frame has wings both sides so isn't handed

Do you use a high capacity trolley ? We had 3 members of staff suffer from tennis elbow, that all used HCT's

Well it may be the start of a bigger problem - if you're naturally left handed you should throw off with that hand and have the frame adjusted to you.

numbered the opposite way round so you are not working from right to left with the sequenced mail but left to right instead
