walk outside and have the same break as they do, simple.
just stand away from the smoke. Can't have some having extra breaks while others are still working.

at our DO, everyone is on IPS or prepping frames and once all is covered and finished people can go about their normal business inc smoke breaks etc.

People are allowed to have smoke breaks every 20 mins at our place, nothing ever said, and its always on ips time, never prep time. Are we allowed a fresh air break to equalise the time that goes missing day after day ?

As a smoker i have one at 05 55 as i'm walking in to work, my next one wont be until anywhere between 9 and 10 depending on when i'm all set and ready to go.
I might get lucky on a Tuesday and only have to wait til 0830

But it's ok, as they 'come in early everyday to make up for it'.

I smoke a fat joint on my way to work. Then a couple of hits from the crack pipe after prep. Sometimes I like to drive the RM van into the local woods, then hot box that bad boy. Get real mashed
