Since this new revision has come in and completely destroyed a office that was virtually running on it's own we are now in a situation where culling happens daily, packets are being left in daily, bulling is rife daily , sickness is through the roof daily , morale is non-existent daily , workloads are unachievable daily ... Don't know yet as when I return to work I will have to relearn the job as there is massive change in my office. I been off work for almost 9 weeks. But in December I only got 5 working days (before Christmas) to do as I got floating week and annual leave for a week.

Annual leave in December? It's banned in our office, well unless you're a Muslim and want to visit Mecca. They're the only ones I've known get Dec leave.

Had the revision in for about a month, walks are the same size as Pre-revision but take longer with new methods. Gearing up to be a fun festive season if we can't get done in time with the current parcel quantities.

Same in MCs, I've always assumed that there was a blanket ban on any holidays during xmas pressure weeks throughout the country
