Rolling strikes is this the next step? if so i think it would be good to go with Strike 2 hours before end of shift so 0600-1400 cut off and back at office by 1200 on one day and then 2 hours at start of shift the next day so you dont start till 0800 and so on and so forth. could be absolute chaos, What do you think

So that would be 10 hours a week in stead of 2 days, which is 16 hours..... erm
not a bad idea. Would the union go for it? i don't think so.
I think a lot more people would go for it. No i think its a great idea
