Holiday entitlement for P/T staff

Having been a full timer for 20+ years our office is allowing a few staff to go part time in the revision.

The hours are 27.5, 30 and 31.5 per week.

At the moment of course I get 6 weeks a year holiday. Do people working P/T still get the 6 weeks if they have been with RM for 20+ years?

Yes - the number of weeks leave they have isn't affected by their contracted hours. The PSP system counts leave in terms of hours so their entitlement in hours will reduce but it will still be six times their weekly contracted hours. Changing part-way through a leave year will leave them with a pro-rata amount of hours for that year (in terms of when the change happened and what their new hours are)

i am on 20 hours contract working 4 days a week and i get 16 days annual leave so its 4 weeks and who working 6 days a week they get 24 so 4 weeks .

you are not getting enough holidays min is 4 weeks and 3 days

every office is meant to be on hours, however I suspect every Delivery office is still on days/weeks.
