I listened to her at Birmingham. what she had to say was crap in my opinion, but whatever you say it took guts to go into that bear pit. 95% of the reps behaved well. 5% were embarrassing.

If you have completed all your criteria then Its down to your manager to push for you to get all your monies. I know my manager done this and we were paid in full.

Why should a manager have to push for a payment that should have been forthcoming as a consequence of the staff meeting the criteria that triggers the payment. Withholding of this is no different to non pay of overtime.

The manager has to give the relevant information to the people who allow payment. You don't think the manager pays you.

You are missing the point. The manager should not need to be pushing for payment. It should be a given if he has submitted the paperwork in a timely manner. Unfortunately it does not work this way and people are not getting paid when they should be.

There's one thing above all others that's bothering me and those I talk to at my office.

Ask her if she knows, to within half an hour, what time she'll finish on any given day.

Ask her if she finds it really really difficult to simply finish at her proper finishing time on any particular day.

Ask her if she feels bullied into working way beyond her proper finishing time, doing overtime she doesn't want, leaving her children alone on a Saturday afternoon, as due to management incompetency and bullying, she is out delivering mail on a Saturday tea time.

If I could work my hours and finish at my proper finishing time, I wouldn't care about workload, packets, shares, or anything else. I'd just do my bit and go home.
