anyone know how this works boss said we would work 1 hour more each day for 3 weeks then have the 4th week off

It's called a 4 week wallington, you work enough hours over 3 to get the 4th off, I do one myself, jump all over it if you can.

you work 156 hours over 3 weeks (52 hours a week) so you get the 4th week off. there is also the option of a 9 day fortnite which is the same amount of time off, but instead of having 1 week off in every 4 weeks, you get first week with monday off, second week with tuesday off, third with a wednesday and thursday off, and fourth with a friday and sat off, meaning every fourth week you get a long weekend of friday, sat, ''sunday'' and monday, off. ive done both, and i must say i prefer a 9 day fortnite. but to each their own. do it you're way.

its a new system brought in with the revisions. its to give people 1 saturday off in 4. its supposed to be available to all offices thats done a revision.
