CWU Opt Out of Political Levy to Labour Party

I have opted out of the political levy to the Labour Party. So why does my Royal Mail payslip in deductions have the usual CWU opt in £3.43 per week but now a CWU Opt Out deduction of £3.23 per week. I now have a deduction of £6.66 per week. Why ? To opt out of paying to the Labour Party costs me £3.23 ! per week. Is this a CWU admin error ?

Yes its an error . You can opt out but your subs stays the same .also the labour party gets exactly the same amount of money it just " comes from another fund" thats code for its all bollocks

Contact Royal Mail, the number's on the back of your payslip. It's an admin error.
