IWM

We're due to have IWM (Indoor Work Methods), any help on what to expect and what you managed to chuck out. We already have the new backless frames (what a load of crap they are) we have cobbled together porter duties as the rames are unuseable without them, what I'm getting most complants about is the super sorters and people throwing deliveries off. So has anyone managed to get rid of IWM?

Our porters and people throwing off two jobs lasted about a fortnight before they were needed on the sorting.

Well in my office we don't have "super sorters" or "super porters" or "super preppers" these jobs are assigned to the duties NOT individuals and if your on that duty you doing that job in the morning, really nothing SUPER about any of it.

The only thing i would say is when it's brought in DEMAND and KEEP DEMANDING that any people on single prep who are quicker than the porters collect their mail from the back of the frames, its just f-ing rude when they barge the sorters out the way to collect their mail, because they don't want to lose 2 seconds moving a bungee out the way.
