And she does have a point about postie v postie last 3 B&H in our office have all been postie v postie...but that's because the management don't fecking deal with something and also have been known to disclose details to the other party when it's supposed to be confidential.Wank pots.

Was privatisation mentioned at all, pay, pensions, terms and conditions or was it just a round robin of Moyas view of a Royal Mail she first met two years ago and has no knowledge of its history.
She came to front it out and test the water. Shes a nasty piece o' s**t that got the job because she gave the Canadian postal workers a bloody nose. Royal mail is built on denial monkeys and elastic bands so of course she knows the score with management B£H but she cant see any advantage to admitting it so to her what would be the point.

Why would she blame her hatchet men/women she need's to trim the workforce their for management are blame free we all need to understand this they are in it for themselves including her!.
She said the Canadian model where only 35% have house deliveries whereas the rest collect from the local PO or a box at the bottom of their street is not the model she wants here. Doubt they wanted in Canada either if given the choice. She said the share deal was a generous deal, the pay deal is the best ever and very competitive, no disruption (strike) in service is attached to all deals, the public don't own RM the government do, RM pay 12% interest on all money borrowed from government and any investors return will be less than this, she doesn't know why we are heading to dispute, in 10 years time we will look back and say it was a positive thing and she wants to build a new culture (regarding management bullying) but this will take time.
