Stage 1, 2 proceedure

I heard that the Stage 1 etc procedure which kicks in if you have more than 14 days sick leave in a year is no more? Or to put it another way if you are off sick on more than one occasion for the same problem it will still only count as one absence? I think I may be a bit confused :crazy:

I don't think that its written in stone but after the last agreement I think they have to consider the fact.
