Hi guys... I probably know this has already been asked if it has sorry im a bit new to this so be gentle looo.I was just wondering if you given a stage 3 warning but said u would not be dismissed does that mean I would start the stage 2 procedure all over again?? Basically meaning i would be able to go sick again once more before triggering a stage 3 again!! And secondly I was put back to the stage 2 in February, under the new sickness rules of a 6 month period would I already be reverted back to a stage one??
Thanks for the help guy

Re: Stages and the new stage procedure!!
Q.1 There are three possible outcomes following a dismissal meeting:
• The employee remains under review at Attendance Review 2 and receives a new Attendance Review 2 notification
• The Attendance Review 2 should not have been prompted
• The employee is dismissed
Q.2 Employees on 2nd review who do better than the standard required with no more than 1 absence of 4 days or less will come off the formal attendance process.
Employees on 2nd review with 1 absence of more than 4 days but less than ten will revert to 1st review and will remain on Review 1 for six months.
Employees who are on attendance review 2 and do not meet the attendance standards may be considered for dismissal. If they are not dismissed they may be issued with a new attendance review 2.
