Vast majority of reps throughout my 28 years in Royal Mail have been conscientious,principled and many jobs have been saved as a consequence......if that is not the case in your office,people need to contest the position at election time.

We get our travel paid for- usually AFTER we have paid out of our pocket first(and receipts have to be supplied!) When attending conferences, or meeting which involve staying over night that is paid for. But as they don't happen too often(four times for the equality conferences, general conference)

Or do you want reps pay for travel, hotel expenses from our own pocket?

Incorrect

As stated we get out travel paid for, after the event! I have to fork out £90 to travel to Birmingham on Thursday and will get the back in about 3 weeks!

It's wrong they don't send you rail tickets to travel to these events as they want you there..
