Run, rabbit run. Dig that hole, forget the sun.
And when at last the work is done. Don't sit down, it's time to dig another one

I find getting all my D2D prepared on Saturday afternoon in my own time and working my breaks along with doing free overtime means i don't have to get much sleep. Which mean's i can do more free work for royal mail. Which helps the company to keep me in a job. and give's us all better working rights. :Very Happy

Usually about 10pm-10:30pm to get up for 5.20am for 6am start but I really need 8.30pm if I'm not going to feel tired the next day.

11pm every day - usually fall asleep by 11.30pm. Start at 9am and get up sometime between 8.00am and 8.50am (2-minute walk to the office so I can get dressed, get breakfast and get to work by getting up at 8.50am! although I am sometimes a couple of minutes late if I do!). I always try and get a minimum of eight hours sleep. To be honest, reading some of these sleeping patterns, I'm not surprised people in this job complain of being constantly f*cked, I'm not surprised some people get injured all the time. At the moment, I feel the best I've felt in my whole life and I put it down to getting plenty of sleep, to not carrying anything on delivery, and to making sure I stick to a comfortable, sustainable pace (and there's always cut-offs if things get too tough).
