I don't know about franchising but having a third of the workforce part time doesn't help - it's a fluid, malleable employee pool which has already exceeded the agreed 25% limit in all but a few local areas............which lets face is was a sop to get the agreement in.

so who agreed to having part-timers and short term staff.
as for the leaflet we had loads of them during our last strikes then we were told to agree
and now look whats happened.the staff in london do not have short memories.
this ballot will be in the balance it will not be foregone conclusion.

What about the constant bullying and harassment ,no payment of overtime, forced overtime and so on... What is the CWU doing about these things. A major problem within royal mail delivery!
