There was a 75 percent plus 'Yes' vote in the ballot for Industrial Action. I don't have the actual figures to hand. You might like to try the South Central Postal facebook/website pages to see if there is more information available there.
The problem being two posties were sacked for alleged 'wilful delay of mail'. However a manager, who was similarly charged over a different matter wasn't sacked. Not the cleverest piece of man-management by Royal Mail!
