OVERTIME NOT BEING PAID ?

Hi I am owed nearly 40 hours overtime now which i keep getting told is going in every week now for the past 6 weeks and still hasn't my manager dont seem to be doing anything about it is there anyone else i can complain to as i need this money ASAP thanks in advance for any help

Firstly dont do any more O/T untill any outstanding payments have been paid.Secondly raise a "Greivance" with your Managers boss that will probably be an Area manager.Thirdly if you are a union member speak to your rep.If they ignore you take it to area level.If you dont get it resolved within a week ask union to take it to ET.If all this fails punch the feckers lights out cant believe this is still going on what a s**t company and what a useless Union

A few years a go RM were pissing about paying me. I wrote to the chief executive threatening them with small claims court. Got paid next week.

greivance put in at our place one guy not being paid ext del ot
outcome rm going after him with outdoor (is there such a thing) performance issues
nb. only person in office of over 100 using lwt coincidence
also office union rep going out on persons delivery next week to replot it doing away with lwt at certain points and forcing person to carry bags .
union rep trying to get postie to complete quicker regardless of ssow and h&s unbelievable
he even suggested doing smaller loops carrying bags and timing loops himself then insisting postie can do same

Ring the HR number on your payslip and ask them why you're not getting paid overtime your due. Tell them your manager won't do anything about it, this should result in a phone call back to your DIM.
Let him explain that one.
