Revision repick

Revision repick

Hi . our revision is being pushed through soon . 2 things i need advice on the first is that correct everyone has a vote on it and is this vote just a show of hands? and 2nd we are being told there will be no repicks till after xmas??? surely that cant be right.

It is a union vote.
Do the repack when you like, if you delay it until after the revision has bedded in, it may never happen at all.

Not everyone has a vote, it's a union membership vote.
Our's was a secret vote by ballot.
Our repick was done before any new duties started.

the same as everyone else said but make sure you have the repack first as the office we work in has not had it resign yet and its been over two years :arrrghhh
