Thread moved to Ballot Forum.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

I told my manager that I would do 1 hour a week - I told him that I expected to be paid for 40 and it was ever so good of me to be so flexible.
He Said "that wasn't what Royal Mail ment", I said swings and roundabouts - can't say I wasn't being flexible.
He then had the cheek to ask me if I really would do it - I told him - you have given me your proposal, that is my counter proposal if you don't like it I guess I will continue as I work now
