customer complaint question

Post by Duckins »

It appears that one of my customers has put in a serious complaint about a parcel that apparently was not p739'd at all when I am sure that I had put a card through, I always make sure I do... management have not seen me about the complaint yet as it was put in today. What happens in these cases where its my word against theirs?

So what's the complaint - they didn't get a card or they didn't get the parcel - and it ain't that serious, if you feel you carded it then stick to that - if there's more than one person living at the house anyone could have moved it.

That's a pretty common occurance, some of these householders aren't the brightest sparks, stick to your story and if you have to deliver another parcel to the same address, snap a quick photo with your phone of the 739.

Cheers for replies, parcel was found as she was expecting one and called up to inquire at our office. Just wary of any mistakes as I a serious warning on my record and feel any misake will be ponced on by management, if you know what I mean.

In his/her initial statement he/she claimed they always put a P739 though the door do you need anymore evidence I suggest you read more than you post. Why would he/she doorstep if they always took that course of action!
