I normally pay mine through kiddivouchers but I never new it was changing ?

log in, go into New Benefits Site and choose childcareplus.. it still doesnt give an option who is your current provider however they might automatically assume it is kiddi..will call them tomo to confirm..

What a crap set up the new Childcareplus voucher scheme is - choice is always a wonderful thing and while electronic only payments might suit some - I preferred the simplicity that Kiddivouchers paper vouchers offered - especially when combining them with vouchers from my partners scheme to pay our childcare costs...
