Hi all,
I was just wondering I have been with the company for a year now, I keep getting 3 month extensions to my contract. Is there any reason why they wont just offer me a permanent contract?
I am just worried one day they will turn round and say "right thanks but....bye"
any help is apreciated

If your office is yet to have a revision, then it is unlikely they will offer you a permanent contract until the revision has sorted out staffing levels etc.
If your office has had a revision, there is no reason why you should be kept on 3 month contracts. Speak to your rep, or your Area Rep who should know what is going on in your area.

Our union rep is foking useless about anything. I am wasting a bit of my wages giving to those w*****s when I dont get help from them when I need.
