Help and advice please

I have been having big problems with my old Dom I was told my transfer to another office was complete he has decided he is not signing me over to my new office near my home now . I have sorted all my childcare and life around my new office, I have now been told because my old office is short I have to go over for three weeks to help them out but my old Accrington line managers slipped up and told me he intends to keep me once I return. the guys also trying to put me on 9-3s so I cannot do any overtime for my new office which leaves me in trouble with bills and childcare fees as my new office iam on 60 hours plus and can sort it.
very stressful situation and thinking about going on the sick with stress because i really cant return to my old office with the DOM wanting one over me but i don't want to go on the sick and come back with my transfer not happening. Got a feeling the 2 DOMS are in this together and I am going to suffer,

If you rely on overtime to pay bills you are already on dodgy grounds.

Might be time to find something a little more regular.

If you transferred in to a office as a full time employe, have you taken a full time vacancy as a reserve if yes then you should
only be transferred back if your allocated annul leave spread in your new office isn't filled that week plus your manager done a wrong move if he let you go on a transfer when he hasn't the staff to cover.(not your problem) in fact if he hasn't the staff he shouldn't of accepted your request for transfer in the first place. Also if the is a less seiner person then you in the office you can request they go instead of you but that only apples to the reserves. overtime is not guaranteed its a optional process that can't be
protected. only your full time contract can be protected. But thats just what i think, i have no idea if I'm right or not. hope this helps.

He told you your transfer was going through ..... I would get get it clarified either way. If you have got that transfer, just bite the bullet and work at your old office for the 3 weeks. They can only hold on to you for a certain period, I believe it's 30 days but I'm sure someone will correct me.

Managers often seem to deliberately make things difficult. I don't believe they've that amount of intelligence, although I would believe they could be that childish! If your new manager Needs you at his office he may be able to pull some strings. Talk to him about it. If both managers are colluding to make life difficult...Why? If they are then I'm afraid your pissing in the wind.
