No , sometimes the DIM and management team meet down the pub to decide who'll they'll B&H the following week




On a serious note yes , unless you are off sick through it and you could ask the interviewer and CWU rep to meet at your house if you are too sick to attend at your work place.

I had mine around 17yrs back in my own home ,

Had two area managers come down and someone to do the minutes , I refused to go to the area 30 miles away,

though recently I had one at the area union room

Not really just want to be comfortable in surroundings , instead of being made to feel under pressure and just sitting and saying nothing,or ending up in tears which has happened quite a lot over the last 4yrs

When i work I am actually quiet, but I dont like to be taken advantage of or a manager decided he does not want me to work in his office,

If I was a trouble maker , then why is it a lot of posties come to me for advice and I am not a rep, because I had 24yrs of RM management trying to pull the wool over my eyes , they dont like it that i get information either from here or area reps or even my old office union reps. inc Ex husband or paperwork that I have at home that i have kept over the years.

I was only saying what can happen , "at the time at my home" I was advised to have it there by the divisional reps .
