Our system is done on seniority but only allowed to pick 2 weeks then second pick of 2 weeks starts at bottom of list we are not allowed to pick midweek to midweek it has to be Monday to Saturday if you can't get a third week attached to your 1st pick you can't go on a two week holiday abroad it stinks and one very irate partner

i get my 2 weeks abroad, i just make sure we fly out on the saturday, late afternoon or evening and we do the same coming back so ok for work on the monday.

They are not allowed to allocate holidays through seniority

They are not allowed to do a lot of things but they do !
