ok we go live monday ive been reduced from my rural round to a floater . Friday i am expected to do a new town round with no training what so ever .Now i have done some of it before , a few years back but not the huge trading estate or the inner town parts...

i am told training is only needed on rurals..my union stooge tells me " he knows nothing " and is even less bothered to find out let alone do anything about it..

Do what you can ,overtime or go home on your time,if they moan you have had no training so you are bound not to be as fast as someone who regularly does it.

Training is now a thing of the past sadly :(

However, if you can't finish on time Cut of, or work over and get paid Overtime, you won't be the only one claiming it, and they will need to pay it or they will have part walks all over the DO undelivered from one day to another.

If you are willing to work over, be sure to get permission for overtime before you go out on delivery, otherwise there is a chance that it will not get paid.

You should not be taking all of your meal relief at the end of the day. Take it before you go out or while you are out on delivery and get back to the yard so you have time to pouch off etc.

Yes, everytime they threaten this i go the discrimination route and it stops them.

This kind of thing makes my f***ing blood boil. Are the top brass in the union listening to us?? This is happening all over, managers picking on the ones who cut off, forcing them to have their full meal breaks whilst they get the office arse licker or a manager to throw in the walk and start to tie it up. Its bullying, harassment, victimisation, intimidation all rolled into one and it needs stopping.

I can't believe what I've just read Even though are union rep is useless one thing we do have is solidarity amongst us and this would never happen , this needs to be addressed. There taking the p**s out of you mate.

I dnt understand what the problem is about taking your meal releif when told after all you are being paid to sit on your arse doing nothing, there are plenty of jobs that dnt have paid meal releifs and we dnt want to go down that route,its the same as work time b*****it prople in my office moan,i think again great get a coffee and sit on my arse being paid,but the real problem is we need to get used to starting on time and finishing on time,because the crap in between is bad enough,just do your hours and your job,if want ot then thats ok if not go home on time

I'm in the minority of coming in at time, never finished on my time with this revision yet ,even the times I've cut off! It is like you've murdered someone when you utter the words I want to just work my hours ! If you come back early then you shold be told to go upstairs and sit and take you're meal relief too. Got home at 4 this Saturday ,,days gone and too knackered and drained to do anything rest of day . The come in earlies are killing this job .
