doing your job properly means you arent slogging your guts out, hope this helps.frankie wrote:Ha,Ha,Ha,Ha,Ha,!!!! Because, my friend, you'll never get everyone to do it. You'll always get the minority that go in early, to finish early ( which ultimately leads to a cut in jobs and hours ) whilst the rest of us are slogging our guts out for the same pay!!!Hope that answers you query!!

well thats news to me,760 calls and all tenement flats.5kg would be a dream!! when i go back i will look into this as my whole walk/pouch boxes would need restructured for that.buzzard wrote:i always have done the job by the rules for years as in taking breaks not using car never starting early weighing bags correcctly. often people dont know or bother about the ruling that if a part of the duty is predominantly stairs or steep incline you need only carry 5kg.
plus a good bulk of the other walks!

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
